Billed at rate of $75 / hour, not to exceed $375 per report regardless of time spent!

Please be advised that in individual prospect research, results will vary. For some prospects, a large quantity of information is found and much time is needed to sort, organize, and verify the data. In other cases, a broad-based search through numerous sources results in little or no new data, and the brevity of the report does not reflect the thoroughness of the search. Donor Profiles are generally 3-4 pages, single-spaced.

Event Annotations
$200 / 5 contacts, $375 / 10 contacts, $850 / 25 contacts

Prospect Briefs
$75 each, $300 / 5 briefs, $500 / 10 briefs

Information found when compiling an Event Annotation or Prospect Brief for your organization is applied to any future research collected on that name for the same organization, so that you are never billed twice for the same data.

In an effort to reduce unnecessary paper waste, standard delivery for all documents and invoices is via email, though hard copies can be mailed upon request. Document format is to be agreed upon at the time of order. Services are invoiced on the 15th of the month for the 30 days prior and payment is due via check to Philanthropic IQ within 30 days of the invoice date.
