RESEARCH SERVICES
At Philanthropic IQ, it is our goal to ensure that you are well-prepared and well-informed. We know that information is only as valuable as it is current so we utilize only the most reliable, thorough, accurate, and most up-to-date sources for donor research. By working with us, you benefit from the same valuable resources that large institutions enjoy without incurring the overhead subscription fees.

Donor Profiles
You have a list of prospects, but how much do you know about these individuals? Do they have the capacity to make a major gift? Would the mission of your organization inspire them to give at a higher level? To what causes or groups is their charitable giving currently directed? Are there relationships or connections that you can leverage to bring them closer to your organization? What is the most appropriate gift level for solicitation? A Philanthropic IQ Donor Profile addresses all of these questions and is your most comprehensive donor research tool.
A Donor Profile provides detailed information on current and past professional experience; board memberships; philanthropic affiliations; charitable giving; wealth indicators including salary, stockholdings, personal foundation information, real estate, and personal property; personal interests and relationships; biographical information; and a brief analysis of the findings. All information is provided on both the prospect and his/her spouse or partner for a full picture of the household capacity and inclination. Be sure to order one in advance of your next donor meeting! View a sample Donor Profile.
Event Annotations
You want to put your best foot forward at an event. It is important to know if the woman sitting to your right is a trustee, long-time donor, or star prospect. Annotations provide talking points and key information for development staff. Each includes the individual’s current position and company, connections to your organization, and a summary of philanthropic interests. Annotations do not include wealth indicators and hence should not be used to qualify prospects.
